How did I get my start? Did a little radio, then went across the country and did some PR, only to come back again to do more design, marketing, content creating, and, of course, a whole lot of social media.

Worked alongside the publicists of one of Hollywood's top ten Public Relations firms, which spans entertainment, fashion, music, sports, corporations, and non-profits.

Provided special event support for red carpet movie premiers and charity events, built media lists using Cision, created and maintained excel database sheets, completed background research for current and prospective clients, created wrap and clip reports, and assisted with administrative duties.

Worked with the University Program Board (UPB) Marketing and Multimedia teams to promote major concerts at James Madison University to a student body of 18,000.

Implemented interactive marketing strategies, utilized social media to market events, and led weekly brainstorming sessions within the Center Stage committee.
